We are a brewery and full-service restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. At UnHitched Brewing Co., we brew rustic, small-batch beers using ingredients sourced within 400 miles of the brewery — beers rooted in place and process, proudly Midwest in character. Our taproom features 16 taps along with a retail cooler for to-go beer.

The Woodshop is an extension of our brewing philosophy, focused on wood-influenced fermentation and long-term barrel aging. Here, beer is shaped by time, oak, and mixed culture.

Our food is seasonally inspired, balancing fan favorites like our smashburger or hearth fired pita and farmers cheese, with rotating specials that reflect the time of year.

We invite you into our spaces — UnHitched a former bowling alley reimagined, where original lanes now serve as tables and bar tops. Or the Woodshop, our small little taproom in downtown Canton where you can grab a beer and pizza.
