Multiple Spaces for Unforgettable Events

UNHITCHED - LOUISVILLE LOCATION

ENTIRE TAPROOM

Accommodates up to 150 guests and includes the entire UnHitched taproom.

(The Taproom, Bar, Brewhouse, and Palmer Room) for an exclusively private event.

BREWHOUSE

This semi-private area accommodates up to 20 guests for seated functions and 25 guests for a cocktail-style (standing room) celebration.

PALMER ROOM

An exclusively private dining space accommodating up to 50 guests for seated events or 70 guests for cocktail-style gatherings.

THE WOODSHOP - CANTON LOCATION

ENTIRE SPACE

Hosts up to 110 guests and provides full access to the 4th Street Collective, including Woodshop, Mike’s Pizza, and Deli OH, creating a private venue for the entire length of the event.

WOODSHOP BAR

This flexible space can be reserved as semi-private or exclusively private, accommodating up to 40 guests seated or 60 guests for standing cocktail-style events.

MIKES PIZZA / DELI OHIO

Separated from the Woodshop by a short wall, this semi-private or fully private space accommodates up to 34 seated guests or 50 guests for cocktail-style events.

FAQs

  • Final menu selections and confirmed guest counts are required 14 days prior to your event to ensure proper planning and preparation.

  • Yes. Guests are welcome to decorate their reserved spaces. We simply ask that confetti and any items involving live fire are not used.

  • All food (outside desserts) must be ordered from UnHitched, Mike’s Pizza, or Deli Ohio.

  • Yes. Guests may bring in specialty desserts prepared by a retail bakery or grocery store. For health and safety reasons, home-baked goods or desserts prepared in uninspected facilities are not permitted.

  • Alcohol may only be consumed by guests 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol, even in the presence of a parent or guardian. Any guest who appears under 35 years old will be required to present valid identification.

  • We does not provide in-house audio-visual equipment. However, we can assist with coordinating outside A/V equipment if needed. Any associated rental or setup fees will be added to the final event invoice.

  • Yes. For Palmer Room and Full Buy-Out events, guests may provide their own music selections. In some cases, guests may need to supply their own speakers.

  • Absolutely. UnHitched partners with several trusted local independent businesses and is happy to provide recommendations for florals, balloon décor, selfie stations, photography, live music or DJs, A/V equipment, and specialty desserts.

  • No. all locations are smoke-free facilities, including vaping and e-cigarettes.
